Every Wild Woman product is crafted in small batches with care and intention. We want you to feel held by your experience with us, from the moment your order arrives. If something is not right, we are here to make it so.
Our Promise
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please reach out to us at care@wildwomanherbs.com within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns on Unopened Products
Because our products are handcrafted botanical goods intended for personal use, returns are accepted only on unopened, unused items in their original packaging, within [30] days of delivery.
To begin a return, contact us at care@wildwomanherbs.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Please do not send products back before receiving approval.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
For reasons of safety, hygiene, and quality, the following cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:
- Tinctures, teas, oils, and any consumable or topical herbal products.
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
This is standard practice for botanical and wellness goods and reflects our commitment to the integrity of every product we send.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5 to 10] business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an unopened item for a different product, please contact us at care@wildwomanherbs.com and we will guide you through the process.
Subscription Orders
Subscribe and Save orders follow the same return guidelines as one-time purchases. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing care@wildwomanherbs.com, as described in our Terms of Service. Cancellation stops future renewals, but a renewal order that has already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled and is instead subject to this policy.

We move quickly to prepare your order. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at care@wildwomanherbs.com. We will do our best to accommodate requests made before your order has shipped, though we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
