Terms of Service
Wild Woman Herbal Apothecary
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Welcome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wild Woman Herbal Apothecary website, located at wildwomanherbs.com, and the purchase of any products offered through it (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Jasmine Simone, doing business as Wild Woman Herbal Apothecary ("Wild Woman," "we," "us," or "our").
By checking the box presented at checkout, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who May Use the Site
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to purchase products from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Our Products
Wild Woman offers herbal and botanical products crafted in small batches with reverence for the plants and the traditions behind them. Our products are intended to be used as part of a slow, intentional wellness practice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and they are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please review our full [Wellness and Medical Disclaimer] before purchasing or using any product.
We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible. Because each batch is handcrafted and because screens vary, slight variations in color, scent, and appearance are natural and expected.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, and product availability at any time without prior notice. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at our discretion.
We work to ensure that pricing and product information is accurate. In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, even after an order has been confirmed.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or limitations on available quantities.
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.
5. Subscriptions (Subscribe and Save)
We offer an optional Subscribe and Save program that delivers your chosen products on a recurring schedule at a subscription price.
How it works. When you enroll in a subscription, you select a product and a delivery frequency. Your subscription will automatically renew at that frequency, and the payment method you provide will be automatically charged the then-current subscription price, plus applicable shipping and taxes, on each renewal date, until you cancel.
Your consent. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as described above, without further authorization from you, until you cancel. The subscription terms, including the price, the charge frequency, and how to cancel, are presented to you before you complete enrollment, and a confirmation of these terms is sent to you by email after you enroll.
How to cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, through your account on the Site or by emailing us at care@wildwomanherbs.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately for any renewal order that has not yet been processed. To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, please cancel at least [48 hours] before your next scheduled renewal date. Orders that have already been processed or shipped at the time of cancellation are subject to our [Refund and Returns Policy].
Pausing and changes. Where offered, you may pause your subscription, skip a delivery, or change your delivery frequency through your account.
Price changes. If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you by email at least [14 days] before the new price takes effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before your next renewal. Your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Subscription pricing. Subscribe and Save discounts apply only while your subscription is active and apply to subscription orders only. If you cancel, future purchases will be at the regular one-time price.
6. Shipping and Returns
Shipping timelines, costs, and return eligibility are described in our [Shipping Policy] and [Refund and Returns Policy], which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review them before placing an order. Because many of our products are consumable and crafted for personal use, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, for reasons of safety and quality.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, photography, illustrations, product names, formulations, logos, the Wild Woman name, brand voice, and overall aesthetic, is the property of Wild Woman Herbal Apothecary or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The visual and written world of Wild Woman, including original photography and written content created by our founder, is created from lived experience and is not to be copied, reproduced, republished, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. You may not scrape, reproduce, or repurpose Site content for the training of artificial intelligence systems or for any other use without express written consent.
8. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks.
- Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect content or data from the Site.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
9. Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, comment, photograph, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You are responsible for ensuring that anything you submit is truthful, your own, and does not violate the rights of others.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and that party.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully waived.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Woman Herbal Apothecary and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild Woman Herbal Apothecary and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These products were made to be shared.
Wild Woman Herbal Apothecary was built in a kitchen in Palos Verdes, from a lineage of plant knowledge that doesn't belong in a box on Amazon. It belongs in shops where the woman behind the counter actually knows what she's selling, and why it matters.
If that sounds like your store, we'd like to talk.
THE PARTNERSHIP
There is a particular kind of retailer who carries Wild Woman well. She runs a space where women come to slow down — a wellness studio, a holistic apothecary, a boutique that takes beauty seriously. Her customers are already looking for what we make. They just haven't found us yet.
What we bring to your shelves: small-batch tinctures, teas, bath salts, and seasonal formulations made with organic and wildcrafted herbs, sourced with intention and produced without compromise. Every product is designed to be as beautiful as it is effective — the kind of thing a customer picks up, reads slowly, and buys without hesitation.
We keep our wholesale program intentionally small. We work with retailers who share our values, and we support those relationships well.

WHAT RETAILERS ARE SAYING
"People are SO SO excited for the herbs. I was able to put them in our system today and just had a patient buy 3 products and she had so many compliments! She loves the packaging and feels like it’s so elevated and sleek. She loves that she can buy products she would already be interested in and not give money to Amazon. She tried the herbal tincture when she was here and said 'It doesn’t taste that bad!' (haha)"
Claire, Owner & Physical Therapist at Hey Babe Wellness
"Your tea blends have sold amazingly well! We’ll definitely need to buy some more from you!"
Alexaner, Co-Founder of Soul Bungalow
"We received your order, and it is in great shape. We are looking forward to a long relationship!"
Angela, Owner of Lola & Dunelly
